What factors should be considered to make up a good
Channel Development Program? We see it as several things, and engage
with our clients in a discussion about their products and solutions,
namely:
1. Suitability or "Channel Friendliness"
of product for an indirect sale.
2. What factors would be important in determing
a "good" partner and what would make a "so-so"
partner?
3. What factors will make those partners
successful with the product and why will others fail? What will
make your partners excited by your products and turn them into evangelists
for your solutions?
